首先選擇你們這家酒店是因為看到的點評挺高的，於是我就下單了。1，在辦入住的過程前台服務挺好的，後來了一位男士叫我寫好評送一份果籃，（説話的語氣讓人挺不舒服的）我説不用了，當時辦入住的時候大包小包拎着也沒有詢問我們是不是需要行李車，在去房間的過程中有一位行李生推着空的行李車從我們身邊擦身而過。（房間距離大堂挺遠）2，一進房間有有股黴味，最不能接受的是房間床上有一坨蚊蟲的屍體，地上有蟲子在爬，蚊子太多，考慮到有兩個孩子就致電前台讓換了房，後同意給我們換了，還是換到了一樓還是有黴味蚊子多，又給換到了4樓，4樓的房間床上還是有血跡的，當時已經23點就不折騰了，湊合住吧，

温泉主題度假酒店，園林設計獨具特色，有中式庭院韻味，植物台階設計巧妙，夜間燈光效果也不失浪漫，漫步其中有置身古時後花園。泡池也有很多品種，很適合養生。酒店工作人員也很熱情。海南西線為數不多的高檔高端星級酒店。度假康養非常值得選擇的酒店之一。
