很少打低分，都不容易，但糟糕的感覺如鯁在喉不吐不快，有2點不快，1是訂的什麼房間就給安排什麼房間，除非升級房間，不然多花錢訂雙人間給安排個單人間，差價雖然不多，為什麼不退？2是，早上退房，從10到11點多，前台無人值班，打電話無人接聽，害的客人行程改變，不僅沒有歉意和表示，反而倒打一耙説應該早點説，就問問那家賓館早上10點退房需要提前早點説嘛？所以感覺不爽，希望改進。
