The hotel staff was very unfamiliar with checking in with Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan ID cards. It didn't take more than an hour to check in. I had been able to check in quickly at other chain stores before. When I arrived at the hotel, the elevator was broken. I originally booked it because smoking was prohibited. , and when I went to the room, there was a smell of smoke. Very bad experience. Will not order again.
