個人酒店衞生環境極差，最多算是個賓館，床上枕頭內心是發黴的，床套發黃，廁所發黃結塊，夜間有時還沒有熱水，是從來沒想過住酒店早上還要起床找公廁上廁所的，老闆坐地起價，退房當天老闆要求提前退房否則扣錢，這酒店確實坑，再有機會絕對不會再選擇入住。

明明在平台，上付款了30，然後過去，付款了錢也退不了，然後北方的老闆説鐘點房要另外付費50。白白浪費我一杯奶茶錢克。那不是故意欺騙，消費者，在上面訂房，30鐘點房，老闆説不知道情，雖然30不多，感覺被欺騙了。
