前台服務很不行，讓拿一雙小孩拖鞋。她説家庭房有，我説我是大床房，她説那沒有了。二樓房間頂上有個天窗。現在的天氣五點左右就開始亮了，沒有遮擋物，意味着從五點開始你就沒法睡了。就是衞生還挺乾淨。房間很大。

先説個重要的事兒這裏的電話是7290888還有一些建議：浴室內可以來個掛鈎或者門口放個置衣框；我所住的親子房的小廚房和大床中間牆上的感應夜燈建議取掉，在床上翻個身就會觸發，太影響睡眠。直接點大陽台真是太爽了！爽到什麼程度？看着外面的雪景我下意識地就哼起了冰與火之歌。還有所有的工作人員從保安大叔到餐廳大姐全都給實踐一回什麼叫管家式服務，比三亞某龍灣、北京某府井、某顏色地Q某精品那一圈酒店的服務親切太多，有效的太多，接地氣的太多。至少得讓那一幫子學酒店營銷的精品酒店工作人員來實習一下正確的微笑着打招呼的方式，而不是把人當空氣。因為這個時節入住的人少，所以自助變成了很不錯的定製晚餐。説一下這裏的特色吧！1.大陽台！所有客房都有大陽台！讓人想説thewinterhascome的那種。2.從縣城來得路上會經過覺山寺，寺內寶塔保留了明顯遼風，附加了明代重修的buff，屬實是地上文物看山西。3.外面這個雪場的門票是30元一成人，住宿的話就免掉了，雪地摩託還是需要自費的。

酒店裝潢挺好，設計挺有特色。環境也挺好。就是那個天窗房子的天窗無法關閉。一大早亮光就照進屋子裡了，睡眠不好的人，謹慎預訂。

國慶假期，臨時決定要到大同玩，市內的已經找不到理想的酒店。乾脆選擇了遠離城市喧囂的靈丘，沒想到這個酒店給大家帶來了驚喜。我們一共訂了4間房，每個人都很滿意，房間寬敞也很乾凈。由於周邊沒有什麼好吃的餐館，入住當晚我們就決定在酒店用餐，點了十幾個菜，每個都沒有踩雷，應該不是普通的農家廚師。酒店周邊也很幽靜，夜晚滿天都是星星，桃花山景區和覺山寺離的也非常近。下次有機會來大同我們還會選擇雲朵驛站，特別感謝郭靜小姐姐，服務周到態度也特別好。

非常差的一次體驗，酒店外面來了一些露營的人，紮營在酒店旁邊，外放音響很大聲，影響入住，燒烤的煙，隨風進到房間內，非常嗆。酒店的景色還是很美的，希望把管理做到位。
