房間就是有點乾燥，整個酒店建築羣風格是仿王家大院。酒店內傢俱也很講究。如果再設定個花園什麼的就好了！

在王家大院附近，去景區比較方便，聽説本是王家大院的一部分，可很好體驗大院居住感受。早餐還算不錯，品類較多。因為依山而建，需要上下很多台階。房間內設施陳舊，床很硬，隔音很差，走廊説話聲、關門聲很吵。

五一期間去住的，酒店環境很好，屬於王家大院一部分，停車場離前台比較遠，打電話叫了前台運行李，這點服務很好，房間帶浴缸，但是一掀開浴缸前的防水墊就有衹蟑螂，這個級別的酒店有點説不過去，早上在衞生間又發現了衹小蟑螂。

温泉洗浴包含的毛巾實在是太差了，掉毛嚴重，洗浴的地方應該增加掛鈎，餐廳吃飯點的258B4人套餐，量大味道也不錯，前台人員何利服務熱情，耐心細緻
