房間體驗感不錯，推薦住大炕房，但衞生有待提升。早餐不太好，種類不多，味道差強人意。温泉、洗澡、游泳套票較貴，不帶搓澡。建議團購房間帶温泉套票的。温泉內茶水68一壺，但質量不行。

風景很好，但是沒有電梯，行李全靠禮賓拿上拿下，定的大炕房，炕很大，離王家大院做個擺渡車就能到.但是這個早飯太難吃了，品種不多，不知道吃什麼，水果有櫻桃，但是那個櫻桃就指甲蓋大小，你還不如不放

大床房沒有陽面的房間，都見不到太陽，感覺有一點潮，不過衞生還算可以，家小，孩子玩兒的非常開心，飯菜可口，價格就是景區的價格，比起五台山要更好一些。滿意👍

設施：設施齊全，衞生間很大。餐廳的飯菜也很可口，並且温泉能泡兩次，還能游泳，一天洗了三次澡！就是電吹風有點落後，風很小，長頭髮很難吹乾，希望改進
