三亞去過很多次陵水是第一次，選擇威斯汀酒店也是貨比三家之後的決定，這次入住因為帶了兩個小朋友一個8歲一個衹有7個月的小嬰兒，前期就致電前台溝通了嬰兒床以及房間的位置問題，接電話的Rita非常的貼心，立馬和我加了微信成為了我本次入住酒店期間的管家，她非常的細心，每一步都提前為我想到，我有任何需求都第一時間為我處理，從入住的歡迎禮物到離開酒店的送別飲料讓我非常感動。
酒店的其他工作人員也非常熱情，見面都會熱情的打招呼，打掃補充也非常及時，非常舒心。客房的床品柔軟舒適，威斯汀的天夢之床真的不錯。酒店的景觀也非常不錯，正對大海。酒店的餐飲也
是非常的到位，早餐非常豐富。酒店的位置也非常方便，離新村夜市開車也就5-6分鐘的距離，天天都要去打卡！酸粉生蠔炒冰清浦涼天天吃到爽歪歪😄不過三亞5月已經非常熱了，很多地方還沒有打卡，所以更期待下一次的入住！

酒店的早餐很不錯，但午餐和晚餐沒去吃，沒有自助晚餐，人在淡季會比較少，比較安靜，缺點是親子活動幾乎沒什麼，除了游泳幾乎沒什麼東西，小童樂園非常小，東西都很破舊，人員也很散漫，因此不建議帶孩子去玩。亮點是有非常出色的管家服務，我們的管家叫kelly，是個非常專業周到的管家，我們的需求都會盡可能的幫助和滿足，我們的東西落在那裡kelly也讓同事開車幫我們送了過來，因此服務和衞生是滿分，但親子設施實在是難以接受
