非常不滿意一次入住，希望平台下架，一分都已經高估它了。首先衞生問題，廁所很臟，電池被人咬過很噁心，窗户是壞的，空調會漏水，有蟑螂。其次安全問題，門反鎖不了，壓根就是壞的，走廊全是小卡片很讓人堪憂安全問題，門縫很大。最後服務態度，既然你選擇開這家酒店，那你就把態度放好一點，不要搞得你好像跟爺一樣，你哪怕在你説的話前面加一句不好意思，我們都能接受。老闆娘的服務態度還沒有員工好，像你這個價位的酒店在陵水有很多，就算環境沒你好服務態度也比你好多了，更何況就你酒店的樣子，我真的是倒了血黴才選擇了你們家，別告訴我什麼特價房，我原來買特價房從來沒有遇到過像你酒店這樣的情況，老闆娘真的太不會做生意了，希望你生意“興隆”
