入住時前台工作人員小潔很有耐心的幫我介紹房型，介紹酒店設施，因為小潔的細心服務，讓我們對酒店第一印象就很好。房間離海邊很近，下樓走兩分鐘就到海邊了。海灘的沙子很細，也很乾凈，海岸線很長沒有什麼遮擋物，視野很廣，看起來非常不錯。酒店內部有很多小孩子玩兒的設施，小朋友很喜歡哈哈水寨和小火車。酒店有一個小型的萌寵樂園，裏面有很多種小動物，還有狐獴和土撥鼠，很可愛，萌寵園區裏的環境很好，又乾淨，小動物互動性又強，體驗很好，值得去玩兒。我預訂的時候房型是給我升級了的，觀海樓的視野看海更漂亮，藍色的天空和寬闊的海，很是治癒人。點贊（՞ਊ՞）👍總結下來，這次來阿羅哈入住，體驗很好，下次還會過來。

Facilities: It is relatively complete. I chose this place because I brought my children. There are swimming pools and children's water parks. The children had fun and it was convenient to go to the beach, just 2-3 minutes walk away.
Hygiene: It is not ideal, but the facilities are complete and the price is acceptable. After all, the walls of the buildings on the beach are a bit damaged.

第二次入住了總體還是很滿意的～入住有歡迎水果～臨走也有水果送～房間衹送了一張動物園門票前台的阿正很積極的幫我們協調～還給兩個小朋友都送了不同顏色的挖沙工具～房間要東西響應也很快～就是去年可以在房間做飯今年不能做了有一點點失望～小朋友倒是玩的很開心～下次還會入住的～
