這趟選擇清水灣比較滿意的酒店了，特別為前台阿正點贊，熱情親切，有問必答，服務態度很端正，整體印象就很好，訂的聽海樓，離沙灘很近，酒店配有很多親子項目跟活動，環境很好，綠化做得也不錯，人也不多。想清靜的，清水灣是個很好的選擇。房間衞生，整體都還比較乾淨。服務員都很親切，如果還有機會，下次還是會選擇這裏。

陵水親子游首選阿羅哈，實現躺平帶娃！本來訂的兩房套，阿正給升級到三房，房間超級乾淨，光線特別好，客服大姐服務周到。樓下有水寨、遊樂設施，手工坊，每天都有小童手工。早餐豐富，有營養。最主要是到沙灘就2分鐘，到晚上，沙灘上都是小螃蟹，體驗超級棒！

房間配套比較齊全，有洗衣機，沖浪浴缸，天熱還可以喝冰箱裏的免費飲料，還可以坐在陽台露營，很舒適，小童活動也很多，無論室內室外都有的玩

管家小潔主動升級了觀海樓的房間，服務態度也很好，房間比想象的乾淨，有洗衣機和陽台，換洗衣服很方便，小童水寨和泳池小朋友玩的很開心。
