設施：空調噪音很吵，晚上開空調吵的睡不着，不開空調熱的睡不着，解決辦法：開窗睡。沒有吹風筒，洗完頭髮需要自然幹，解決辦法：自帶吹風筒。
衞生：床頭、桌子、椅子目光所致之處，一看就是無持續管理，解決辦法：自己打掃一下。
環境：酒店的環境是可以的，可以看到大海。
服務：酒店價格確實很低，衹能説服務和價格成正比，發消息連基本的回覆都做不到，挺沒有禮貌吧，也沒有每日衞生清潔，解決辦法：省的錢都是服務費，自己動手幹吧。
總結：一分價格一分貨！老闆也不是做慈善的。
但是如此經營模式，真的能用性價比換來口碑和盈利嗎？

海景房，陽台就能觀到海景，夜間聽到海浪詠唱，淡季出遊享受，太美妙啦，酒店設施衞生環境服務沒應打折而打折扣。而老闆的熱心服務更值一讚。

習慣性好評，店家升級了海景房，景觀很棒。衞生一般，但設施齊全，小區裏花園很好逛（比附近名氣大的富力灣好），公共的泳池很乾凈。
香水灣的沙灘質量真的非常好，很適合來漫生活，周圍物價也不高。

房間整潔乾淨，海景房能清晰眺望籃色大海。空調給力。沙發冰箱大衣櫃圓飯桌餐椅，設施齊全。最特色是配有電磁爐和炊具碗筷，可自己做飯。老闆人很好，遇到問題幫忙解答，服務有求必應。已經第二年入住了，去海南就認他家了。

房間設施略顯一點舊，馬虎可以接受，價格不貴，床品乾淨，園區很漂亮，海水乾淨，沙灘細膩，周邊交通方便，購物方便，有醫院，超市，海鮮排擋，距離分界洲比較近，算是香水灣性價比高的地方了。還會再來。

這是個開發比較早的酒店公寓，位置優越，環境優美，後花園裡亭台樓榭，小橋流水，綠樹成蔭，還有各種健身設施，後花園臨海而建，每天在這裏即可以散步健身，也可以沿海踏浪，沙灘平緩，沙質細膩，簡直不要太美！在這裏，還可以帶着你心愛的小狗狗一起玩耍，辛勤的保潔人員每天都把這裏打掃得乾乾淨淨，並沒有看到狗便便，還有管理人員每天都在巡視。酒店公寓面積很大，不用擔心沒有停車位，而且還是免費停車。酒店大門對面就是集貿市場，各種蔬菜水果都有，大門兩側還有超市和飯店，購物吃飯都很方便。公寓的客房設計巧妙，寬敞明亮，床墊軟硬合適，睡眠舒服，每個房間配有櫥櫃和冰箱電磁爐，可以做個簡餐，每個房間都有陽台，都可以看見園景或海景，傢俱床品雖然有點舊，但並不影響使用，有什麼問題管家都會馬上解決，這樣美的環境，這樣全的配套，還有這麼香的價格，在三亞找不來第二家，以後再來會直接入住這家酒店公寓。
