The room was clean and well-maintained, and it came with a swimming pool, hot spring pool, and a small courtyard. They even had a shuttle service from the room to the hotel entrance, which was a nice touch. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The whole room smelled lovely. I'll definitely be back next time, highly recommend it! 👍👍

Excellent stay! The service was spot on, and the private courtyard was absolutely incredible! Having our own private yard made it super secluded, and the garden was beautiful. It's also really close to the beach; you can see the ocean as soon as you step out, which was incredibly convenient. Our room was clean and comfy, with fantastic sea views. Watching the ocean in the morning and feeling the breeze in the evening was so therapeutic. The service was attentive and thoughtful throughout, making for an amazing overall experience. Great value for money, highly recommend!

Stayed for a couple of days, and the front desk was great, giving me an upgrade. Unfortunately, it rained the whole time, so I didn't get to see the beautiful sea. There weren't many guests, so I had most of the facilities to myself, which was perfect for someone who likes peace and quiet. The coconut milk and yogurt at breakfast were delicious, and the hot food menu changed daily. The soaking tub was really comfortable. Since I don't swim, I just floated in the pool for a bit; staff came to clean it daily. For this price in Hainan, a pool villa is really excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again.

There's a swimming pool in front of the house and a bubble bath in the back, plus convenient shuttle service provided for all transfers. The restaurant's food was delicious and offered a wide variety, which was a pleasant surprise. I'll definitely choose Junlan Hotel again next time I'm in Lingshui!

Pros: The room was clean and tidy, with welcome drinks provided daily. There was laundry detergent available for the washing machine, and the pool was also very clean. The environment was beautiful and quiet. The hotel offered free travel photography. The service was warm and attentive. Delivery drivers weren't allowed into the hotel; deliveries had to be left at the gate, and the concierge would pick them up and bring them to the room, which was very thoughtful service. Cons: It was genuinely hard to find places to eat nearby, and there were only a few options for food delivery.

Came here for a wedding, and the experience was fantastic. Welcome fruit: The fruit was very fresh. My parents didn't realize it was only for the first night, but when they called room service the next day, they still sent another platter. Complimentary mini-bar: The drinks in the fridge were also free, which was a nice touch. Facilities: Although the hotel is a bit older, all the facilities are well-maintained. Overall, it's still clean, hygienic, comfortable, and elegant. Service: From the concierge to room service, all the staff were smiling and incredibly accommodating. Even when I called the front desk late at night, they patiently resolved my issues.

The hotel environment is fantastic, and the beach is beautiful, though it's a bit of a shame you can't swim in the sea. Every room has its own pool, offering great privacy, and the whole atmosphere is incredibly chill. The restaurant food is delicious, and the main pool has stunning views, perfect for photos. I've stayed at this hotel a few times, and there have been minor issues before. Unfortunately, this stay was no different. We checked in late at night. Once we got to the villa, we noticed that the air conditioner in one of the rooms was blowing directly onto the bed. We called staff to fix it, but all they did was bring a piece of cloth. How is that even a solution? Then, I contacted the hotel manager, who told me to just turn down the AC. In Hainan's weather, turning down the AC? Are they serious? I requested a room change, but they told me it wasn't possible because they were fully booked. I then contacted Trip.com directly, and eventually, the room was changed. Why was a room available when I contacted Trip.com, but not when I tried to arrange it myself? I am extremely dissatisfied with the duty manager's attitude towards resolving problems! Let me also comment on the room itself. Since the hotel has been open for quite a while, the room maintenance isn't great.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning public areas that create a perfect vacation vibe. All rooms are villas, each with its own private pool that's sanitized after every guest. There's a lot of greenery, so some leaves do fall into the pool, but housekeeping is very quick to clean it up. The private hot tub in the room is also fantastic, my kids wanted to use it every day. The hotel service is excellent, and it's very convenient to get a taxi when coming and going.
