The front desk promised to send an invoice by email, but never received it, the parking instructions were bad, and there was a lot of dust in the room.

We were first given a room without a balcony, but then, when we asked, we were moved to one with a balcony. Well located and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The hotel room clean and tidy and modern.
Well equipped kitchen.
Ate breakfast at recommended cafe, which was good
Central location within walking distance and close to everything in central Linköping
Good with access to the garage with a lift up to the rooms.
Would like better pillows not so soft, in the beds and more. The sofa bed was somewhat uncomfortable to sleep in and creaked a lot.
Otherwise, we are overall very happy with our stay and will be happy to return
