The service is an amazing, the front desk experience by Tri was amazing! This guy deserves a raise for sure. Thanks for another amazing stay and making my room change effortless as we like to ensure our room has a standing shower which works better for the kids.

Riya was fantastic and very helpful. The rooms are so comfortable and everyone is very hospitable. Great Bar and restaurant! I even had help with my stay because my dates were wring and Riya fixed that with ease. This is my 3rd stay here and I will choose no other hotel

I love it here Ms Kawan went above and beyond to fix the issue i had with checking in online very sweet lady. the pool is nice and not to cold. the customer service is great and the restaraunt have good food as well. they have buffet for breakfast which is my fav part

Dear Hilton Team, I wanted to take a moment to extend a huge call out to Tammy M. at the BWI Sheraton for her impeccable service, kindness, and positive attitude during our recent stay. On the Friday before Memorial Day, I had the pleasure of working from the lobby where Tammy greeted me warmly, engaged in friendly conversation, and served me breakfast with a smile. Later, when my husband, children, and nephew arrived late for the breakfast buffet, Tammy M. went above and beyond to ensure they were taken care of, even after service had officially ended. She quickly scrambled to prepare a variety of breakfast items for them, displaying patience, friendliness, and a fun-loving attitude throughout the experience. I cannot express my gratitude enough for Tammy M.'s exceptional service and dedication to providing a memorable experience for guests. She truly exemplifies the stellar team members at Hilton, and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to interact with her during my stay. Thank you once again to Tammy and the entire team at BWI Sheraton for making my experience a truly enjoyable one

I am a gold hilton member. Tri checked us in at the Hilton at BWI in Maryland and was very professional and accommodating. Saw him a few times as we passed the lobby and he always greeted us with a smile and said how are you today. This is the reason why we only stay at the hilton bwi when we travel. Because of people like Tri. We will be back soon.

Amazing customer service by Zakera! So kind and helpful!! She’s a keeper! Thank you, Zakera! Highly recommend this hotel! Accommodations were very nice! Bed was very comfortable. Great shower and bathroom. Shuttle driver was fantastic!! Unusually kind and hard working.

Kawan Provided excellent service and made me feel very welcomed . I would recommend here for anyone. Great Value for your dollar. As the faculties are top of the line and come with many amenities and in a great location not far from BWI and Arundel Mills
