Nice clean hotel good location
Staff was very friendly
Quiet no noise from other rooms
Bathroom clean and well stocked
Coffee maker with bottled water as well as refrigerator in room
Bed comfortable
Would benefit from charging ports near the bed
Breakfast available for a fee
Parking 15$ a night with shuttle available every 30 minutes for the airport nearby
Restaurants close with many options available
Only stayed one night but the price was reasonable

If there is one disappointing thing, the cleaning person left the cleaning tools in the bathroom as it is hehe It was fine except for that hehe It was cleaner than I thought

Be aware that this Aloft is now charging for parking! You can’t assume that because it’s a suburban property parking is free… No more! That trend is likely to spread too! I decided I would not condone this new charge, so I went to another property.

We could not travel due to dangerous weather and travel conditions. This hotel would not refund our money or even give us credit to stay at a later date. They were not flexible or understanding in any way. We simply just lost our money, regardless of our multiple attempts to negotiate with them. Would not recommend this hotel.

I'll only put the con since this is a Marriott related property which meant they kept the standard associated with Marriott.
Con:
- paid breakfast which was not shown in the website and not told by the receptionist
- website states that there is a restaurant in the hotel which turned out to be restaurant at the hotel next door.
