The booking and check-in process was seamless. At first glance, the hotel is modern and up-to-date. My room was very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was set to the perfect temperature (hell hot, lol). My only negative comments are that there was a bug in one of the beds and the toilet seemed to be backed up. Both issues were resolved in a timely manner, when I advised the front desk. Breakfast was suitable and met my expectations. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would book here again.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Sheraton BWI and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's cleanliness and aesthetic appeal. The staff provided exceptional service, and the bar offered a delightful culinary experience. Additionally, I was fortunate as a Bonvoy member to receive an upgrade to an extra-large suite, complete with a well-furnished sitting room and thoughtfully appointed amenities. Overall, I found the Sheraton BWI to be a hidden gem worth experiencing.

Rooms need a refresh. I arrived on a late weekday. Check in was easy, friendly customer service agent. My room was on the 6th floor. The ceiling above the door was wet and moldy as well as the wall. Shower faucet was backwards. The hot was cold and cold was hot. The bath soap dispenser was missing in the shower. It only had shampoo and conditioner and no bar soap. I’ve emailed picture of the ceiling to the hotel manager, still no response. Location is convenient and breakfast was good.
