住了很多酒店這次體驗是最差的一次婚房沒什麼熱水設施老舊前台接待的人員態度**説我們手機上定的不算數得以他們的系統接單為準開始在網上就是定的有早餐的稍微好些的標間到了現場説我們定錯了以他們系統錯誤為藉口衹能讓我們退房然後再訂房多出的費用我們承擔我們提前3個月定的入住當天又説我們定的4樓沒有了更改為5樓也是提前退了1間房同是也發微信告知確認了到了現場説他們系統沒收到提前退房另外也是在網上續住了房也在微信上告知同步了續房申請到了現場依然説以他們系統為準我想説我在網上定的怎麼能知道你們系統最終的訂房結果是什麼嗎況且我微信也同步了消息你説好的就代表確認了我的申請到了現場交談態度**出爾反爾好不容易來一次老家帶着家人和朋友來本身都是很高興的你們確是這樣很丟我們老家的臉在縣城也算是比較大的酒店了也應該加強培訓做好服務吧真誠用心一點

房間廁所有味道 水杯底部都是灰 是一（大家可以接點水在杯里看一下）
周邊購物吃放不方便 自己開個館子 死貴 是二
前台服務很惡劣是三 退個房等半天 態度還很不耐煩
設施老舊 是四 自己住了就知道
打着可以免費泡澡的幌子，實則變相收服裝費 是五
真的一分都不想給。
還有枕頭臟了需要扣費 我想問問 要不要我把所用的都洗一遍
