首先這個酒店我多次預訂，一直對服務衞生都比較滿意，也給過五星好評。
但此時此刻發生了讓人無法接受的事情：
酒店隔音非常差，剛剛凌晨1點左右，一羣人男男女女入住，在走廊裏哈哈大笑，把我從睡夢中吵醒，忍了！畢竟人家入住，一會兒功夫就結束了。凌晨2點，咣咣咣三聲帶着震動的敲門聲，再次把我吵醒，是隔壁的聲音，然後持續敲門，然後一陣爭吵，大概是三四個男人的聲音，此刻我在驚慌與迷糊中強忍着。接下來，是持續的交流，爭吵，時不時又出現幾聲大吼。有個聲音問對講機“要不要報警”，聽到這句話，我打電話問前台發生了什麼事，前台告知我有醉酒的人入住，這一通電話裏，前台沒有任何歉意或者解決方案，衹説了一句讓值班經理看一下，就掛了電話。隨之而來的是持續半個小時斷斷續續的爭吵，聲音一會小，一會吼，剛要睡着，突然又被吼聲嚇一跳，我忍了半小時後，再次給前台打電話，這次前台給了方案説送兩個耳機上來。然後我問前台，“他們一直吵，能不能給他們換個房間”，前台説“他們沒有提出這個要求”。這個解決問題的思路和態度，也是絕了。
