服務：辦理入住後需自己開車找，告知前台自己第一次來，不清楚私湯房的位置，前台讓我找保安，保安説讓我自己沿着路找，還好衹有一條路，很快找到。訂的私湯房含早餐，用餐地點在辦理入住的二樓，返回房間需5分鐘車程（不建議步行，有點兒遠）。室內湯池，電話要求服務員來蓄水，服務員在告知開關和排水方式後離開，需自己操作（蓄水開關每15分鐘自動停止，需反覆多次手動操作）。沒有任何人説明室內湯池沒法灌滿水，不到5點開始蓄水，5點40打客服電話反映蓄水不滿，等到6點20服務員才來敲門，告知蓄水衹能一半，期間不清楚原因，沒辦法換衣服，衹有坐在床邊等待。晚上9點10分，服務員來給送歡迎水果（2個蔫兒蘋果和1個椰子），椰子很好喝。第二天早上8點自己操作嘗試再次蓄水室內湯池，沒反應，再次打客房電話，被告知水閘需9點半才能開（之前也沒有任何人提醒）。
硬件：室內的湯池，在馬桶旁邊，許是為安全考慮，室內湯池無法蓄滿水，衹能一半，成人坐在裏面齊腰（圖2是最高水位）。房間比較舊，正因為室內有湯池，潮濕，門縫、牆邊有發黴。入住第二天上午洗澡，用時1個小時左右，淋浴開始變涼水。

房間比較舊，第一次安排的房間竟然衞生間的門被馬桶擋住關不上，要求換房間，叫了兩次半小時才過去，換了房間夜裡才發現空調聲音很大，太晚了就將就睡了一晚，被空調吵的基本沒睡，新換的房間裏的拖鞋打開包裝弄得滿屋子都是臭味，鞋底也很臟，温泉因為人不多好多都沒有放水，泳池裡水更是冰涼冰涼的，以後再也不去了
