現在的魯班和如家是一家酒店。無論房間還是早餐都一樣的。這樣我感覺是降低了魯班的檔次。不過房間還是很乾凈，兩瓶免費水。還有兩瓶酸奶，真不錯！估計有如家跟着，房間價格是不可能太高了。性價比不錯。推薦大家關注一下。不足是:第一、電視沒有變化，老的不能再老了。第二、中央空調。

衹能説完美，這個價格，竟然是三個房間的套房，一個大床，一個標間兩個床，視野寬闊，能看見摩天輪，簡直了全國也找不到，這麼性價比高的，四星級，全地毯，還送酸奶。住的太舒服了，衣服臟了還有洗衣房。

舒適型酒店多了一層厚厚的地毯樓上就瞬間安靜了。床頭有電視開關，再也不會關閉電視後仍有一道幽幽的紅光衝著床頭了。大床景觀房可能因為多了觀景的空間，所以隔壁住客的噪音也順便隔開了，非常棒👍🏻

房間寬敞舒適，衞生乾淨整潔，房間還送了兩盒酸奶，還提供免費洗衣，免費停車，保安大叔很熱心，酒店自助早餐也很不錯，菜品挺多的，還有臨沂糝湯，房間投影儀對不上焦我不會調，工作人員已經下班了，大晚上還過來幫忙調試，總體是一次不錯的入住體驗。
