A group of 8 people checked in. The hotel was very considerate and upgraded the room for free. The view was unbeatable. It was my birthday on the day of check-in. The hotel prepared small gifts and cakes very warmly. I was very happy. I especially praised the customer service Xiaoyuan. She contacted us in advance on the day of check-in, which made our check-in very smooth after we arrived at the store. The follow-up tracking was also done very well. It was a very good experience. I will stay at Pullman Linyi Lushang Hotel next time.
