Orange Hotel (Linyi Calligraphy Plaza)

The room environment was very clean, and the hotel staff provided excellent service. I highly recommend it for a great experience.

The service was very welcoming and gentle, and the hotel was very clean.

The room was very clean. We stayed with children and seniors during the National Day holiday, and the front desk helped us get an upgrade. There was a small refrigerator. The Wi-Fi had a problem at the time, but the staff resolved it quickly. I would definitely choose Orange Hotel again next time.

Many rooms were empty, and I was given a very small one. When I called to ask how the room was, the feedback was that the cleanliness was okay, but the room was too small. The front desk didn't offer to change rooms, and the service was significantly different from what you'd find in southern cities. Also, in the laundry room, someone was constantly smoking; the experience was terrible.

The room was poorly soundproofed; there was a constant dragging noise from next door until 11 PM. The hotel clearly has robots, but they don't use them, and there were delivery drivers knocking on doors in the stairwell. The blankets provided for this season were too hot to use, but too cold without them, and the air conditioning was only so-so.

The front desk staff were unprofessional, the room had no heating, the air conditioning was barely working, my feet were freezing cold at night, and the hot water was inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold. Terrible 👎

The hotel is a bit old.
