酒店服務人員超級好，進門辦理會細心詢問，而且非常體貼，行李拿不下禮賓小夥子還會主動幫忙、其次酒店衞生真的非常乾淨，客房大姐打掃衞生的時候非常細緻，就連角落的衞生死角都清理的乾乾淨淨，酒店設施就更不用説了，非常棒，洗衣房烘乾機熨燙機洗衣液都有，停車也方便，唯一一點就是停車場是公共停車場，晚上十點那會有學生堵一點，過程十分鐘左右，整體來説很不錯的酒店，推薦大家入住

非常滿意這次在白玉蘭的住宿體驗，酒店的位置非常便利，靠近魯南眼科醫院，交通十分方便門口就有公交站牌，酒店的外觀和內部裝潢都給人留下了深刻的印象，既現代又不失温馨，員工的服務態度非常專業和友好，從入住到退房的整個過程中，都讓人感到賓至如歸。房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，提供了高質量的睡眠體驗，房間空間和隔音有待加強，停車也是有點不方便。酒店的大堂還有提供的辦公電腦非常商務。餐飲方面酒店的早餐非常豐富，無論是西式還是中式，都能滿足不同口味的需求，價格合理性價比高。總的來説，白玉蘭是一個值得推薦的住宿選擇，無論是商務出差還是休閑旅遊，都能提供滿意的體驗。下次還會選擇這裏。
