Breakfast is fine but it can still be improved. The hotel looks new.

Staffs are helpful. Facilities are a little bit out dated. Rooms are big.

Location was okay as it is at the hub of intercity transport. Robinsons mall and Mediateix hospital is a hop away. Hotel can improve with its upkeep as it has the potential. Room was smallish and the bathroom door is broken, the walls are dirty. They put too much scent on the room and linens. Definitely need a very good housekeeping manager. Breakfast service can improve too. I would rate is as overpriced for I what it is charging.

We like the place where it's located. The staff were so nice and accommodating. Facilities were clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean and gorgeous. There's staffs that stays up late for your needs. Nice location, ample food varieties and deliciousness, stunning pool area, and relaxing music on public areas.

The location is in the city area with accessible malls and restaurants and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. Very good choice of place to stay while in cebu city. Got 7 eleven next door if you want to buy drinks or foods anytime. Location wise very accesible. The staffs are very good and helpful.

The place is super cozy and the staff just completes everything with their business vibes. There is a breakfast buffet, coffee, and assistance ready for you. This is more than just a 10/10 rating. I would stay here again. This is your sign that when you come to Lipa, stay at JET Hotel.

The hotel is well placed and clean but the staff are real amateurs....I called the reception to know at what time is breakfast....they answer 6 am....I come down at 6:10....then they say it's 6:30..... And didn't even say can we get you coffee or do you want eggs......no customer service....they won't get many customers coming back

Our company held training on one of JET Hotel's conference rooms and we were able to stay during training days. The service here has just been good; whatever we needed was brought to us right away. Our event coordinator was amazing, he has been most helpful. The food was so delicious; the entire experience was great. Excellent property and very convenient to our activities like visiting places around. The front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant, and helpful. The property is clean and has a minimalist vibe on it. Very near to essential establishments like malls, markets, fast food, and church. They also have a restaurant inside the hotel that can also serve room service. The environment is very safe even at night and there's a 24/7 convenience store in the same building as well as A** Machine for an emergency fund. We have to extend our stay and it's not hard to ask for assistance for our extension. Even the room attendants and other hotel staff are accommodating. Surprisingly they have a pool on the roof deck so we had a quick relaxation with an area to eat and drink. Highly recommend this place for those doing business in the area or even quick get away from the metro.

The hotel was cozy and relaxing. The linens were clean and fresh, the staff was friendly and helpful, the location of the hotel was close to everything, and a very good access place for my business. You can work and take calls in the room. Neat bathroom. Complete toiletries. The restaurant is very accessible and i love food..
