Hotels in Lipa with Swimming Pools

The location is near Lipa City, the environment is good, similar to a manor house, no breakfast is provided, if you need breakfast, you need to pay about 400 pesos, there is parking. However, this hotel has an advantage that the Internet speed is extremely fast and surprisingly fast.

Check in = 3pm Check out = 11am Th rooms are small but decent and the beds are comfy. They have hot and cold shower. Tv with limited channels. Mini Fridge. Cabinets for your Clothes. You can bring food but you need to pay for corkage fees. This pandemic time, their kitchen is close but they are offering breakfast but limited choices only. It is far away from malls but there are nearby sari sari store that sell limited food. Swimming pool is also available and you need to book it in advance, since they are strictly practicing social distancing. They have 2 pools, one for adult and one for kids. They also allowed pets, but please bring cage. Wifi, on time of our visit wifi is dead 😑, so this is the time that we talk to each other and have a bond. Overall experience, was great and very relaxing 😀

Great three separate overnight stay at JET Hotel Lipa City. The modern architecturally designed JET Hotel is right next to Robinsons so its easy to find from Tambo exit tollway. Just on case, its very close to other services that you might need. The staff and service personnel are well-mannered and politely spoken(English/Tagalog). The foyer looks and feel very welcoming with the Hub and Spoke restaurant right next to reception. The culinary experience caters western and local cuisine. They taste so nice at affordable costs. Service is excellent. The rooms are spacious clean tidy. The fresh linen clean bathroom complete toiletries awaits you. Just what a weary traveller would wish and ask for. The room rates are very fair and reasonable apt to the facilities and services they offer.

Didn't expect but we enjoyed our stay there. Very spacious for the room and very cozy too. Breakfastnis delicious too.

This was my first time to stay in a hotel without pre-booking. We were in Lipa for business, though my husband and I had our two kids with us. Since it was already late to go back to Antipolo, we decided to stay overnight in the city. As suggested by my cousin, who lives in Lipa, we stayed in Anfa. Initially, I wanted to book through Agoda (I have its app on my phone). However, it was showing as already fully booked. Still, we went there to try and see if there were available rooms. To our relief, there was an available room for 4 priced at P2,800/night, so we checked in. The lobby is nice. The chandelier, winding staircase, piano, and comfortable seats give the place an elegant look. But that's all there is as far as elegance is concerned. No elevators. Good thing our room is just on the second floor. The room is quite small. The AC unit is manually operated. (I think all the ACs in the hotel are. In the dining area, I saw a staff stepping on a chair to adjust the AC.) In our room, there's a rusty, old iron safe on the floor that serves as a stool so you can reach the AC unit. Said iron safe is blocking one side of the closet door so you can only open half of the small closet. There was a tiny fridge beside my bed, which also served as my bedside table. :P There was no electric socket for the fridge, but we managed to let the cord reach a nearby socket. We just had to be careful on our way to the bathroom lest we trip on the cord. The remote control for the TV was not working, so we operated the TV manually by pressing on the controls on the side of the TV. It has cable, but with very limited channels. Provisions were set up for 4 people, except for the towels. There were only 3. As well as the free breakfast which was only for 2. We had to pay P175 per plate for each of my 2 children. We were not satisfied with breakfast. The only option was pork longganisa, which we didn't really like. My kids and I don't eat longganisa, but I forced myself to eat one. (There were two small longganisa servings on each plate.) My kids didn't eat theirs. There was a small portion of scrambled eggs which was also a bit salty. They probably use small eggs because I often cook scrambled eggs for my kids and we use large eggs. One large scrambled egg makes more than what was served to us at Anfa. The serving of the fried/java rice was also too small. Like 1/3 cup. :D We didn't use their swimming pool, but it looked quite dirty to me. It was also a bit annoying that there was a pictorial going on at the bottom of the stairs, and we had to wait for several minutes before we can go down.
