酒店的位置不錯，周圍的設施很方便，吃飯也方便。對面就是一個公園，可以散步。衞生條件也很好，設施不錯，值得推薦

Далеко не самый лучший отель в Липецке. Плюсы: в центре города, напротив парк - большой зелёный массив, чистые и отремонтированные номера. Минусы: 1. «Квёлые» администраторы на ресепшн: приветствия - ноль, разговор «через губу», гостиница полупустая, но заселяют почему-то на шумную сторону (с окнами на улицу Ленина), несмотря на то, что в заявке была указана просьба - поселение на тихую сторону. 2. Номера просто крошечные! В них душно, окно толком не открыть из-за какого-то дурацкого внешнего лицевого остекления здания; плюс очень шумно из-за улицы. 3. Завтраки очень плохие! В зале очень неуютно, душно и пахнет каким-то дымом от готовки, т.к. плохая вытяжка. Рекомендую сходить на завтрак в ресторанчик «Giusto», находится в шаговой доступности от гостиницы и работает с 8 утра. 4. С учётом вышесказанного, очень дорого! За всё это удовольствие мы заплатили 5500₽!

Гостиница расположена в самом центре города, 5 минут от Краеведческого музея и выставочного зала. Интерьер ресепшн помпезный. Номера небольшие, но чистые. Есть все что нужно - полотенца, халаты, тапочки, зубные наборы, принадлежности для душа. Телевизор новый, холодильник есть, кровати удобные. Из минусов только комары. В гостинице есть и ресторан, кафе внизу и на самом вверху. На 5 этаже тоже есть кафе. В целом гостиница классная!

Я воспользовался этим отелем во время посещения Липецка с экскурсионной целью и провел в нем две ночи. Он находится в центре города на высоком берегу реки Воронеж. Поэтому с шестого этажа, где находился мой номер, открывается великолепный вид на верхний и нижний парки с силуэтами Новолипецкого металлургического комбината на горизонте. Отель запомнится, в первую очередь, этим видом. Отель и номер вполне комфортны. Завтраки разнообразны. В том же здании находятся несколько ресторанов и кафе. Персонал услужлив и приветлив. В целом я остался доволен и нисколько не пожалел, что выбрал этот отель.
