Spacious rooms, good breakfast and bus station right next to the hotel - the reason for 4*, but the main issue we had was that the spa was not included in the price and we only found this out at checkin. The receptionist said that if we woulf have booked directly from them, the spa would have been included. We never heard if this before…. One of the reasons we booked this accommodatiom was the spa. Another downside was that our room was not cleaned during out 3 nights stay. We could have at least received clean towels…

Very friendly staff, they were even willing to send the thing I forgot after the holiday. Fantastic food, rooms also great. Massage and wellness were a relaxation for me. Nothing was bad, everything great.
