Secret Patio Lisbon

Easy walk from the old town area. Public transport nearby that goes to most tourist spots. Is a higher end hostel rather than a hotel. Suitable for travellers on a budget (students or digital nomads). They have a co working space. 24/7 help desk. Very clean.

The room is perfectly fine but what makes this place great is the vibe, amenities, and location. It’s really cozy with plants and plenty of places to sit outside, both in the courtyard or near the really nice pool. You’re in the middle of the city making it easy to explore Santa Maria Maior and São Vicente by foot.

Good location with lots of cute shops and restaurants near by will stay again

This is a former student residence adapted to hostel/hotel. No bar, no air conditioning or television in rooms, no services of any kind. All in all, it feels like a huge construction site. It has potential but at the moment it's far from hospitable

Amazing experience at this accommodation! There are plenty of places around to eat, and Pink Street for nightlife is also close. There was no kettle in the room, but it was on the ground floor, so you could make your own tea/coffee! Totally recommend!

I didn't like the accommodation at this hostel, and I don't recommend it. 1. cleaning was done only once a day. The toilets were very dirty. Some restrooms were deliberately locked to reduce the amount of cleaning needed. As a result, the toilets got dirty often, but nobody cleaned them during a day. 2. The walls are made of cardboard. Every night I woke up because the neighbors were sneezing or talking. I could even hear them plugging in their phone charger. And I could hear the toilet lid slamming shut. Absolutely everything is audible. 3. The hotel was very, very cold. When I wanted to have some hot tea to warm up, I was told there was a kettle in the hotel, but there were no cups. How can a hostel have no cups? Plus, I think this is terrible service. I checked out and needed to leave my suitcase for two hours. They asked me to pay 5 euros. I have those 5 euros, but it's a matter of principle and customer service — specifically, the lack of it. I do not recommend this place.

Lovely hotel, perfect for solo travels and couples. Excellent amenities and very friendly and helpful staff!
