This hotel is in a very good location near the airport you could take the metro red line from the airport then the yellow or green line to the closets metro stop to the hotel or take the bus number 783 from/to the airport. The hotel is 4 star luxury comfortable beds and very good breakfast. I recommend for airport stays or even for longuer stays to visit Lisbon as very convenient to public transport

Nice retreat from noisy central Lisbon hotels. The rooms were large and quiet. The air conditioning was perfect. The breakfast was great. We also enjoyed the fitness center and small indoor pool and hot tub. The front desk and dining staff were extremely friendly and spoke English very well. Would stay again

The service was very welcoming, and the hygiene was quite good. The complimentary bottled water was very useful.
The location is great. It's a bit of a walk from the subway station, but there are many supermarkets nearby, making shopping convenient. The distance for getting around is also quite reasonable.
However, there was a bit of noise in the room, and the hand soap and shower gel in the bathroom were swapped.
The room was quite spacious, with enough room to move around, and food delivery was quick.

The location is super convenient, and it's a relatively new hotel. The breakfast is decent too. However, the front desk staff are a huge drawback – they act like you owe them money, it's just speechless...

The room was very cold I try to get some help with heating system but the staff told me that all rooms are like that and they didn’t give option of choosing the temperature I want inside of my room and is winter and son is asthmatic and suffering from hay-fever. I hope that they change the system and allow them customers to choose wich temperature they want on their rooms.

Not bad but the wall in the room was Dirty and also The pool water was dirty and at the last minute during checkout I asked the reception to give me a bottle of water, but unfortunately they said you had to buy it even though the bottle of water was included with the room.
