The place itself is modern, stylish, and in a great location. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a small kitchen, a washing machine, utensils, and a fridge, which made the stay more comfortable. However, there were a few things that bothered me. Housekeeping wasn’t included unless we paid an extra fee, which was inconvenient when we needed simple things like extra tissues or having the trash taken out. There was also no phone in the room to contact the staff, and we only found out at checkout that communication is done through WhatsApp. It would have been much better if they had told us that from the start.

Everything was perfect, best location nearby train station and city centre, facilities and services are good quality. New hotel with lovely vibes, must introduce to my friends in the future and will come next time!

衞生：非常乾淨 床品很舒服 美中不足就是房間有點太小了 大行李箱沒辦法打開
設施：酒店應該是老房改造 能看出翻新的痕跡 過道上很大的刺鼻味道 到處在噴漆 房間裏面沒有小冰箱
環境： 我們被分配到最遠的D building 離前台有一定的距離 不方便 而且酒店的客房非常分散 像在迷宮裡麪繞道 想要隨時隨地的找到工作人員是非常困難且房間內無電話

Staff were polite and attentive. The hotel was located in close proximity and short walk from Parque Eduardo VII and Marques Pombal metro station. On arrival, our room was upgraded from a one bedroom apartment to a more roomier corner convent apartment, which was a nice surprise. The hotel pool was busy every day, and therefore, we did not get a chance to use it. It was also on the smaller side. Overall, the hotel was lively and well located. We would stay there again if we were in Lisbon.

Stayed three nights and was told that our room wouldn’t get cleaned as it was a “short stay”. I thought this meant the linens wouldn’t be changed but it actually meant no service at all. My bins were full, towels were dirty, tea and coffee never got refilled and the bed was never made. You could pay a service fee to have your room cleaned (!).
Also don’t be fooled by the pictures of the loungers by the pool, they are not enough for the number of guests and people reserved them all day. It felt like a cheap budget stay when it should have been a lot more luxurious for the price and setting.
