Not quite as nice as the photos suggest
Property is up a road taxis cannot access. The flat is up a steep, narrow and slightly random staircase. Street is very very busy at night and very very noisy. Adjacent properties noisy too. Flat itself is not bad though the holes in walls are not shown in the photos, and the smell from the shower is very unpleasant as it and the toilet and wash basin are all in one open room. I asked the agent to have the plumber who came to attend a shower leak to treat the smell, which he did not do. He was also asked to say if the shower leak was fixed or if we would have to move, and never did.

Beware - Does not look like photographs!!!
BEWARE - This property does not look anything like the photographs and is in very poor condition. There are large cracks in the walls, the shelves beside the bed were ripped off the wall and lying on the floor. There was alot of black mold with an actual mushroom growing from the ceilings, we had to leave the windows and doors open to not breathe in damp stale air. The locations is also extremely noisy as the apartment is located above bars/nightclubs and it is very difficult to sleep. Biggest issue was the overall lack of maintenance to the apartment!

La experiencia ha Sido de incomodidad , debido q el inodoro está en la habitación y no tiene puerta. Lo q hizo incomoda la estancia en el lugar. Las fotos q presentan al lugar en la app no deja claro este detalle

Furchtbare, schimmlige Wohnung im Partyviertel
Schreckliche Unterkunft mitten im Partyviertel Lissabons. Die Wohnung sah überhaupt nicht aus wie auf den Bildern und es war die ganze Nacht furchtbar laut. Außerdem ist das "Bad" im Schlafzimmer, weshalb die ganze Wohnung nach Schimmel gerochen hat und sogar Pilze an der Wand gewachsen sind!!! Die Wohnung war dreckig, auf dem Bett, dem Schlafsofa und der Bettwäsche waren überall schwarze Haare zu finden. Die Mitarbeiterin von Homing verwies darauf, dass die Wohnung eigentlich renoviert werden müsste, da die Wände schon Risse aufwiesen - das wurde uns aber vor der Ankunft keineswegs angekündigt! Wären wir nicht so spät abends erst in Lissabon gelandet, hätten wir die Unterkunft sofort verlassen... Desaströse Wohnung, die so KEINESWEGS vermietet werden sollte!!!
