The hotel is well located, nearby the Parque Eduardo VII and not far from the downtown. It has average facilities with questionable staff service, especially when it comes to front desk reception employees. In any case, pretty standard 3 stars hotel which accepts children in the same room as the parents - making the hotel suitable for families. Looking for a ironing board over 3 nights of stay was the downside, no irons available which was very disappointing. Front desk always stated they would deliver in the next morning, never came and it was rehersed - got the same excute from 2-3 different front desk employees. On the other hand the breakfast and swimming pool are good for what you pay for. Recommended for short stays only.

Lovely place to stay. Staff very friendly and hotel is clean with nice spacious rooms.

Nice hotels and slightly far from the city centre. There is a metro station 10 mins away. The hotel is decent and offer buffet breakfast.

Disappointing. Stayed in a number of Novotel's around Europe. I stayed in room 1106, a " Superior Twin Room with Sofa Bed". The sofa bed had collapsed completely on one side. You could only just make the other side nearly comfortable by putting 2 pillows on the seat to get you back to the level. The carpet was disgusting, covered in 50 plus various stains. The bed mattress was past its best as far as support was concerned. One bed leg was twisted out of position and holding one corner of the bed higher than the rest. You are directly under the flight path to the Airport Runway. The planes pass overhead at 400 feet above the top floor when coming in to land, Quiet noisy, even though two sets of glass windows. It is a shame, as I had come to really enjoy and trust the Novotel brand.

Good short stay near airport. Nice swimming pool and gym.

Good location, clean and spacious room, nice gym, but the Internet on the 10th floor is really bad.

It is a very suitable hotel for bringing children because there are several game consoles for children to play. It's just that it's a bit confusing to enter the parking lot. After getting the ticket, it's not too much to wait for the rolling door to rise for a parking space. It is outside the city of Lisbon. There is a very large supermarket nearby 10 to 15 minutes' walk away.

I was really speechless! We were arranged to stay on the floor that was being renovated. On the first day, we were woken up by the sound of electric drills before 9 o'clock. We communicated with the hotel through Ctrip that day and were told that the renovation was done by a third party and they did not follow the regulations and start after 10 o'clock. That night, I returned to the hotel and told the front desk about the renovation. The front desk said that no one would do the renovation because it was a public holiday the next day. As a result, the next morning, things started to bang before 9 o'clock, and the power in the room was cut off... I contacted the front desk and they said that there was no renovation today because it was a public holiday. They really trust the third party and don't actually check... The hotel also has no service. If you need a toothbrush, go to the front desk to get it yourself. They won't deliver it. I don't know if it's a feature of this hotel or if all Novotels are like this. This stay was really a terrible experience. I regret booking this hotel.

The location is good enough, and although it is not a busy area, accessibility is good. This hotel has clean facilities, friendly staff, and a comfortable stay.
