Hotel Tejo was a great choice for our stay in Lisbon! The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the best sights on foot. The rooms were stylishly decorated, giving a modern yet cozy vibe, and while they were on the smaller side, they felt thoughtfully arranged and inviting. The reception staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable, always ready with helpful recommendations for tourists. Overall, a lovely, well-situated spot with lots of charm!

I love the location of the hotel, it is very central to the tourist attractions and also a lot of nice restaurants around the corner, make it very easy for tourist without transport. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. My room provide breakfast, while the spread is just good as it’s a boutique hotel which is fine for me. The room is as shown in the picture, nice, clean, smells good just the lighting a bit dimmed which I guess is normal for European hotel. The room is very good for me just that the hotel don’t provide complimentary bottled water which it should be a basic service by all hotels. Otherwise, everything is good.

Missed the reservation and didn’t go at last. Sent an email to the hotel but nobody replies.

The location of the hotel is superb,as it is located in the city centre. Travelling around is extremely convenient. The amenities is fabulous.

The location of hotel is perfect. Easy to access some touristic spots, also to the transportation. There was some noise from the refrigerator though, i had to plug it out while sleeping. The room was clean, bathroom was a bit small to place my own toiletries, still it was all fine for a short stay.

The location is nice , breakfast is fresh and service people is nice. The only issue is the view outside is awful, with a very large pipe and nothing can see.

The best thing in this hotel is friendly staff, from the moment we checked in till checked out staff were friendly. Location is good, near metro. Breakfast was good, wifi fast Overall very nice stay

Lovely place. Tiny room but there is everything you need traveling solo. Great breakfast and they even packed a “box breakfast” since my flight was so early. Recommended by a travel agent friend. Good call

The room is very small and but the location is great. There are not enough staff to help, we always needed to wait.

The location of this hotel is not bad. I like the simple design inside. The details are well designed, and the Portuguese style is simple. I slept very well! It is the most suitable place to experience Lisbon. It rained heavily, and the hotel staff carefully arranged a taxi to the airport, and finally caught up with the time. The hotel is renovated from old houses, with twists and turns, which is unique.

The location is very good, the room is clean, and the view of the Jordi Castle is nice. The only regret is that you have to change elevators twice to get to the room...

The room decoration is very stylish, and it is very comfortable to live in. The staff at the counter are very friendly, the toilet drains smoothly, and the location is very close to the supermarket. It is very convenient to go shopping at any time.

very conveniently located - the metro is nearby, close to the Commerce Square and other attractions. Great breakfast! friendly staff at the reception. Good Wi-Fi, everything worked. The only thing that upset me was that the room was small, but the biggest problem was that there was no daylight - the window was very small, in a niche, and behind it, almost right next to it, was another building with some kind of construction structures. In general, no view from the window, no light.
