Very good and clean and very good staff and service

I loved the hotel, the service was excellent and the room was very comfortable. THEY HAD IT FOR BREAKFAST, I paid for it and didn't use it. They said it would be available at 7am, it was there on time, as I had to be at the airport at 8am, I waited 20 minutes and the cafe remained closed. In other words, I traveled without breakfast (and paid for it).

The room is OK! The service is OK!

Very comfortable hotel, very attentive staff, very organized hotel, large rooms and bathrooms. Recommend 👌🏾👏🏾

Hotel bom e com preço adequado

We loved the hot tub in the room with wine and fruit! We paid for the romantic package and it was better than expected! Highly recommended! Lovely shops nearby! If we come back to Lisbon we will book here again! The staff were always very helpful.

We were really happy with our stay here, couldn't fault it. Check in was quick and straightforward. Metro was right outside and it was really easy to navigate, we saw everything we wanted to see. Our room was on the 6th floor and we had lovely views of the city. Mini bar (which we didn't use) and complimentary toiletries in the room. Plenty of pillows, blankets and towels. Clean. Air con worked great. Room was a family room, which had two single beds on one side separated with a corridor and bathroom and then a double bed on the other side. The layout suited us perfectly. TVs and radios on both sides. Be stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and breakfast was good. Lots of choice and always fresh. The only criticisms would be that there was no milk in the room for coffee and, more seriously, the door to our room was open when we returned on two occasions.

Just back from a long weekend at the America diamonds, Lisbon. Rooms are clean, beds comfy and a decent selection for breakfast. The real diamonds here are the staff who went out of there way to help us. the team on reception took their time explain to us how get around the city easily and what not to miss and what/where to avoid. Bar staff were brilliant!

Room was nice but big downside was that it overlooked a busy crossroads, so was quite noisy until late. Adequate storage, shower was OK. Breakfast was basic but sufficient, although my wife thought the coffee (from a machine) was terrible. Well placed for the city, being a short bus ride away plus there is a metro station adjoining. We found the staff to be helpful, unlike some of the comments on here.

Had a lovely stay, stayed in a triple room, basic but had everything we needed. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed every day. Breakfast was lovely and it was nice to have a lot of choices for the buffet. Staff we met were very friendly. Location is ideal, just outside the main city, but a very easy stroll into it, also close to metro and buses.

Stayed here for 3 days ,lovely room very clean, but no comfortable chair to sit on , not a lot of storage. About 20 minute walk to cafes, restuarants and tourists buses public transport passed by hotel.Staff very pleasant,friendly and helpful. Great selection for breakfast.Small bar which was nice to sit in and have a drink after being out all day ,very reasonabley priced wine and beer , bar man very chatty and cheerful Would stay here if we where in Lisbon again.
