Great location, very near the Metro station. A lot of shops nearby. The hotel staffs are friendly, room is clean.

Very dirty , this is not a hotel , worst than a hostel…. 😅😅 not worth this price …..

Perfect, just what we needed

The room is clean and sanitary, and the environment is quiet. There is a large underground parking garage, which is a test for parking skills. The passage is steep and narrow. Everything else is fine!

Small cars only because tight turns down into a subterranean parking area, helpful Reception, comfortable room, bathroom/bidet/shower, two single beds, mosquitoes on the second floor (!!), nice breakfast selections,

Lack of professionalism and bad behavior of the employees, had one the worst stays Iver had in my entire life, the place is very centred but the street is very ugly, the hotel is not that bad, the problem is the employees that are very rude and don't even speak English

I disagree with many of the negative reviews below. I found the hotel to be clean and better than many three-star hotels abroad. I agree that the area is not very nice, but I did not perceive the feeling of danger that others have found. The proximity to bus, tram and metro stops is excellent. The staff is not very talkative and stingy with advice that, when visiting a new city, would be welcome. Average price.

We have just returned from a 3 day/2 night weekend at this hotel. Certainly the location is quite practical, green metro line nearby. But the advantages of this hotel stop there. The director is simply unbearable, she looks down on both her employees and her customers. The rooms are basic and noisy, and for ours without functional air conditioning (for a 3 star, this is the minimum), after multiple requests we are taken for walks: the air conditioning only works from 4 p.m. / you have to wait 1 hour to feel the effects / it's too hot outside for it to work... The shower lacks pressure, and cold water is limited. The bidet was clogged. The breakfast was more than basic (no eggs or fresh juice). The luggage storage system is non-existent, they are available in front of the bar. In short, move on, you will find better elsewhere.

The hotel isn't beautiful, nor is the area, if I hadn't had the motorcycle, I would have been a little afraid to return alone on foot. However the staff is very friendly and if you need a place for your motorbike/car they have an indoor garage with several places. They cannot be booked but at the beginning of September with two motorcycles the parking lot was semi-deserted. Parking is free! In terms of cleanliness it was clean, especially the bathroom. And honestly I don't feel like saying it's the same as the 80s, but a little better. You can come back at any time during the night there is always someone at reception.

3* hotel that in Spain would be a hostel. It's not worth what it costs. Indecent pillows, mattress, very used sheets and towels, shower that did not drain the water and flooded, reception staff very unfriendly and unwilling to give information, probably because they did not know or understand the language well. The neighborhood is not very pleasant, especially at night, despite being central. On the plus side, parking is included in the price. I don't recommend it if you want to rest.

A family stay that was very dangerous for health. Hotel with huge humidity problems. As the photos show, the walls were soaked with water, the curtains were full of damp stains, water had leaked onto the windows and reached the floor. The children started coughing because of the humidity. This is a hotel that deserves to be closed for not respecting hygiene standards. We noticed this towards the end of our stay. I went to see the reception, showing them the photos, and they told me to send an email to my management. Which I did with the photos, etc. My management's response: you will have to tell us before. No apologies and a very contemptuous tone. In short, a nightmare.

We were there this July and it was impressive how the hotel was out of control every night, parties, slamming doors, voices, etc. etc. from daddy and mommy's little brats who hadn't had a good Bud Spencer-style slap in their day. Impossible to sleep.

Hotel is well located, a little dated, but with what is necessary, although it is true that it would need a more thorough cleaning. You have to pay a deposit for the TV remote control and they return it to you when you leave, but they do charge you a 12€ fee on arrival. The parking is very good and if you are lucky you can park for free, anyway in the area it is easy to park (blue zone) free on weekends.
