Good location, hotel restaurant is good. Service is ok and can be slow as the counter only has 2 staff and they can be quite slow. The room I booked was a bit small for 2 big luggage. The water in room is not free . A lot of attractions are nearby within walking distance.

First and foremost, the room is really nice but the hotel got to carry out serious review on its service standard. After travelling to so many countries and staying in so many hotels, this is the first time I encountered that a hotel that doesn’t loan an umbrella to its guests on rainy days. Next, we were given welcome drinks which we had them, sitting in the hotel lobby which is next to the bar counter. Guess what, a staff came over and rudely told us that “we are NOT ALLOWED” to sit here and consume the welcome drink and have to do that at the bar counter”……yes, NOT ALLOWED are the exact words used. Well, I am convinced that I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and neither would I stay in this hotel again.

I like this hotel so much, the location is so good that you can take the metro from the airport to the hotel. The room is very clean, the reception staff is so nice and the waiter Vini is sooo kind .

Great find with location centrally in the heart of the city. It is easy to get around and many areas are walkable. Lots of food choices and souvenir shops around. Room was very comfortable with lovely Rituals toiletries, just a pity that my stay was short. Will definitely stay here again when I’m next in Lisbon!

The hotel has a great location, the rooms are a bit small, and the à la carte breakfast items are quite good. Overall, I'm satisfied with the value for money. It's clearly a hotel converted from an older building. The only downside is that I remember receiving a bottle of water on the first day, but it wasn't refilled on the second day, though I didn't address the issue.
