The room was clean and the service was great. It was also close to the tram and on flat ground, which was convenient for pulling luggage. There's a fridge and air conditioning too.

Lovely room, clean and tidy. Excellent breakfast, small-scale but good. Great location close to the city center and the water.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Arrived around 1030-11AM and the front desk staff let us check in early! Room was neat and clean, beds were super comfy. Location was incredibly convenient and it’s a very near walk to Praca do Commercio and Lisbon Cathedral, with many public transportation options nearby. Would recommend and come back here again when I visit Lisbon!

All staff members in the front desk during our stay very professional, courteous and attentive. The hotel location was near the cruise pier, restaurants and tourist attractions.

Extremely disappointed with our stay. We booked two rooms for my family, including my elderly parents. 1. AC failure: The air conditioning in both rooms was blowing HOT air all night. It felt like a sauna. 2. Unbearable Noise: Because the rooms were so hot, my parents had to open the windows. However, the hotel is located right on the main tram line. The noise from the trams was constant and extremely loud throughout the night. My parents couldn't sleep a wink. My room wasn't facing the street so it was quieter, but still uncomfortably hot. For a hotel of this grade, having a broken AC system and offering no solution is unacceptable. Ruined our rest for the next day of travel.

Good location on the border between historic alfama and baixa. Best of both worlds and easy to make it there from the airport or train to Porto!

The hotel is in a great location, when i booked the room i thought i booked a queen size bedroom for single use (as shown in the picture), but when i receive the room it was a single bed room, which is fine; but if i know that I am getting a single room i would not pay the same amount; so i think the photo was misleading. Apart from that, the hotel is great.

I don’t think the hotel should have 4 stars, the room is very uncomfortable the bed is very small for a couple, the services in the room is so poor!! The floor was with a lot of noise specially for family with a small baby is very noisy! The AC in the room wasn’t working and when I call the reception they said to open the window to get the room refreshed, imagine you open the window a lot of yyynoise from outside which not allowed you to sleep besides we have our daughter which was almost impossible for her to sleep because of the noise coming from outside and the room was hot!! Was a terrible experience for one night… I can’t indicate that hotel!!

Excellent location. Clean room with nice amenities. The staffs are helpful.

The soundproofing was a bit lacking, but other than that, I had a very satisfying stay! The location couldn't have been better!

The hotel boasts a great location and friendly staff, but the facilities are rather outdated; there aren't even power outlets by the beds, and the hallway carpets are very old. However, it's still good value for money, as all attractions are within walking distance.
