The staff were friendly and helpful. Despite the low ceiling, the room was spacious and comfortable for our needs. The location is very central, conveniently right next to the metro. The entrance is downstairs from the lift and reception, so carrying a heavy bag took a bit of effort, but it wasn’t a major inconvenience. Overall, with reasonable expectations, this was a solid choice.

Small apartments close to the center of Lisbon and near the metro, convenient as a base for short stays in the city. Inside, they have a small kitchen with a refrigerator and a bathroom with a shower. Our three-bed room had one drawback: the third bed was located directly under the stairs, making it dangerous to wake up in the morning, as you had to try to avoid a painful head injury. For this reason and for the rest, three stars and no more.

Well check in time was 1400 hours, but they were still cleaning the room. So they said that we could go and sit on the sofa while the cleaner was finishing. There was no sofa so we waited for 30 minutes. The bathroom was cleanish but had a bit of mildew on the ceiling, the shower holder was broken the shower doors had not been cleaned in a while. The kitchen/living area wasn’t practical unable to use hob and sink correctly due to it being crammed into a small area. As well as chipped and cracked crockery. Very little communication from staff almost had to force some information out of them. Should have had a sofa instead we had 2 single beds which they said were an upgrade. The people upstairs were like a small herd of elephants, I realise this can’t be helped. The location was good and accessible to restaurants, shops and tourist attractions that is about the only positive thing about it. I would recommend it for one night only.

Very well located in downtown Lisbon (a few meters from the metro station), the room I stayed in was very good in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. It fully corresponded to what was described to me. I checked in and out by myself in a simple process that I thought was cool. I'll be back....

The hotel's location is unbeatable! Everything is very close and convenient. The room decor was neither original nor tasteful (the illuminated Christ), but oh well. Taste is not a given. The apartment is small, but comfortable overall. The bathroom comes with shampoo, soap, towels, and a hairdryer. I know the room we got wasn't the best; there are others that are much better equipped and comfortable. The bed and pillows weren't great; I had neck pain the entire stay because of this. Cleaning isn't done every day unless you pay a fee. The place to hang clothes was small and uncomfortable. It was equipped with a convenient coffee maker, but when we arrived, there wasn't even a small sugar packet. So we went out to buy some, and I left them a box full... You're welcome. I'd go back because I liked the location, but they'd give me another room. The price is high.
