This stay completely exceeded our expectations! The hotel's service was outstanding; every staff member was incredibly warm and patient, from the front desk to other employees, making us feel right at home.
The breakfast restaurant service was equally impressive. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a great start to our day. The hotel overall was very clean, with modern and new facilities, making our stay both comfortable and convenient.
Upon checking in, we initially had trouble finding our room number, only to discover it was cleverly designed on the floor. While a bit unexpected, it showcased the hotel's unique and modern design concept.
This was a very pleasant stay, and we are extremely satisfied with this hotel. We will definitely be returning and will not hesitate to recommend it to our friends.

We arrived but couldn't check-in on time. The first receptionist told us that we'd have to wait 10-15 minutes from the check-in time. Then, we finally checked in, but our luggage was nowhere to be found even after 2hr of wondering about outside of the hotel. Afterwards, my husband went down to the reception and was told to look for the luggage himself because the first receptionist who told us the luggage would be right up had somehow lost the tag somewhere.
The initial impression was not great, there were many customers to be served, but we didn't feel respected. However, I want to say thank you to this receptionist (sorry, forgot your name) for paying attention to our needs (that the others couldn't). Thank you for treating us a little champagne!

Wonderful hotel. The view from the rooftop pool is excellent, and the sauna area downstairs is also very nice.

The hotel is very comfortable and pleasant to stay in. The staff are friendly, helpful, and provide excellent recommendations. The location is very convenient, with easy access to tourist attractions. The room is clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Centrally located. Irene from the room is very nice. Overall is very good. But when got into the room, there was a box left inside the trash bin. Most likely the housekeeper didn’t check when preparing the room. The body wash bottle was empty too. They responded fast when I feedback.

The hotel staff were really friendly and welcoming. The room was pretty good, with a nice view of the ocean. It's rare to find a hotel that offers free, unlimited drinking water, which was a huge plus. On our second night, they even brought us some almond chocolates, and they were delicious!
