Excellent service and a delicious breakfast! Very clean!

Nice location and 10 minutes walking to the center and near the airport and near metro station its nice hotel

The location is fantastic, right in the city center, making it really convenient to walk to various attractions. Even though the room is a bit small, it offers great value for money. There's a small bar at the front desk where you can grab coffee.

The hotel is quite close to the metro station, but there are indeed quite a few South Asians in the surrounding area. However, the shower area is connected to the toilet with only a curtain, no barrier, so the shower water easily flows out.

The location is pretty convenient but the neighborhood is a little sketchy. The room is not soundproof, you’d hear much noise.

The stay was pleasant, and the amenities and restaurants are nearby..Overall a good deal..

This hotel is ideally located, just a three-minute walk from a metro station and twenty minutes from the city center. The welcome we received was particularly outstanding: although we arrived early, we were able to check into our room two hours ahead of schedule, which is a rare and much-appreciated perk. The staff, especially the French-speaking receptionist on our first day, was very helpful in explaining how the public transport system works. While the rooms might seem a bit small, they are perfectly adequate and represent the only minor drawback in an otherwise ideal stay in every respect.

The room is great, and the location is good too.

This was a nice stay. The shower did not hold water though and when I arrived the door was dysfunctional. They had great customer service however and quickly fixed the door for me. Overall the stay was well worth it for the money. Just be careful and maybe ask for some towels to soak up water overflow from the shower.

The location is incredibly convenient, being very close to both the metro and various bus lines. There's a great selection of restaurants and small supermarkets nearby. It's also super easy to get to the main landmark square, which is a hub for many tourist attractions. The photos illustrate the convenience of the surrounding streets. Service was excellent and very attentive, and the front desk staff were all very friendly. The area feels safe, even at night; returning late after weekend outings felt completely secure, a big plus being that the Lisbon metro operates late into the evening.
