You can choose your breakfast and have as much English breakfast as you want. The hot chocolate is also delicious.

The location is very good, there is a commercial street at the door. The design inside the hotel is quite nice, but the room smells a bit and cannot be ventilated. In addition, the dining downstairs is a bit expensive, so it is recommended to find food outside.

I understand this is a new hotel, it is situated in the architecturally lovely Lisburn Square. It’s more like a Gastropub than hotel. The Lobby, the Bar are all just inside as you walk off the street, the restaurant is adjoining that. The rooms were on the first floor. Apparently, this hotel was an Argos Warehouse and as such the architecture is Industrial. The room was well equipped, a “Comfy” Twin Room, absolutely tiny, you had to dodge the TV on the wall is you got up in the night. I would hate to see the “Cosy” rooms. Having walked around Lisburn City which I am sad to say has become a very sad dead place, since I was there last when it was vibrant, we came back to have a drink in the hotel only to be met at the door with “live” music. If you value your hearing don’t come here on a weekend. It was unbearable, you couldn’t hear yourself think let alone converse. We ran out of it and ate in a lovely Pizza place on the Square, Little Wing, excellent with lovely staff. We returned about 11pm to the hotel which was still banking out the music but it could not be heard in our room thankfully. There is no getting away from this, no quiet place for residents to read. Breakfast the next morning was very badly organised we cane about 9.45 to empty cereal bowls, juices and yogurt, nothing being replenished. We got to order a cook breakfast eventually which took about 25 minutes to come and there were only 8 people in the dining room. Poor poor poor. Sadly we won’t be returning to this hotel.

We really enjoyed our night at the Haslem Hotel. We were greeted at reception by a very friendly member of staff who was willing to help with anything. We had booked the Cocktail Club so after checking in we were served 2 Cocktails and a tasting platter in the restaurant which was a nice touch. The bar was very busy as there was a hen do but the staff were helpful and there was a nice buzz about the place. Our room was quiet, comfortable and very clean, with lots of nice touches and amenities. We headed down for breakfast the next morning and this was the only part that let the stay down. The restaurant was freezing cold and I had to go back to our room for a jacket. I had to explain to the waitress that breakfast was included in our booking, she left to check but didn't come back for our order for another 10 minutes. After eventually agreeing that breakfast was included she took our coffee orders and we were able to order food and help ourselves to the pastries etc on display, unfortunately these were a bit cold and disappointing! With not much selection. I had the eggs benedict which was fine but the egg was very hard and overcooked. My husband ordered the fry which did not come without egg so he had to ask for it. The fry was disappointing and basic, most things were overcooked and in general was nothing exciting. My husband asked for Black Pudding and was told it wasn't included- in a fry! If we'd paid the menu prices we would have been very disappointed. It was hard to get the waitress's attention even though the restaurant was mostly empty. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and were very impressed by the decor, comfiness, and friendliness of the staff, but the breakfast let down our experience this time. Easy things to rectify would be proper temperature, reviewing the cooked options to improve, including more in the pastry selection, and ensuring staff are aware of pre booked breakfasts.

Avoid at all costs. Stayed at this hotel on the 5th and 6th of April and it was a disaster. If you plan on getting sleep, go elsewhere and if you plan on eating breakfast. The room we were in was above the bar area and we might as well have been sitting in the bar with everyone that music was that loud. We rang reception to be told that the hotel was full and nothing could be done, they would turn the volume down slightly but it never reduced. The first morning we arrived in the restaurant at 7.10am and ordered and at 8am we had to leave as we were at a competition and couldn’t wait any longer. When we arrived back at the hotel receptionists advised that a number of people had complained and they would put a buffet on for us the following morning. We arrived down the following morning and no buffet in site, hot plates out and no food in them. No manager on duty so I left details to be called back, no call to date. Left voicemail to be contacted and no call to date and same with email. Way over priced for the experience received.

Great little hotel & the rooms were spotless. Bathroom was lovely & a large tv as well as a fridge which was a nice touch. Staff were lovely & couldn’t do enough. There’s entertainment on in the evening (Saturday) & the hotel was very busy. Breakfast was a let down as the service wasn’t great & the girl serving was asked by several customers to refill the orange juice, which she never did. We waited on our menus, teas & silly things like no spoons where the cereals are etc. the girl serving was lovely & friendly but just slow in serving. Other than that our stay was lovely. I would return but opt for no breakfast.

Easy to find, plenty of parking space (though it's charged but £3.60 only for the night), clean and one of my best stay ever. We need a late check in, no issue. Forgot toothbrush, no issue. Asked for direction, no issue. The staff couldn't be more pleasant, professional and helpful. The lady on the morning (Laura?) is incredible. Thank you! We'll be back!

stayed for 5 nights B&B. 1 day chef failed to arrive and very limited choice of continental (airport run for family so ended up eating breakfast out), last day breakfast was destroyed with overcooked and deep fried soda and potato bread and had to be left.
