今日份美好以沙溪村的悠蘭鏡谷民宿收尾。沙溪村是畲族最集中的地方，民宿在山上，位置絕佳，抬頭即見東西巖，雲氣山氣瞬息萬變，站着看山都是一種絕佳體驗。老闆是當地的畲族大哥，好爽，熱情，健談，開着民宿，順便燒菜。看着滿牆榮譽，我問大哥您大廚出身啊。大哥微頷首，答：也就是歷屆廚師大賽評委。招呼我們喝山裡茶，一聊還是練家子，8歲練畲族內家拳，能做三月三的“山哈（畲族）大席，能修各式相機，現在不練了改喝葛根茶了，50歲的身體年年獻血哈哈。晚上藍評委的畲族小宴走起，喝畲族酒，聊畲族史詩。寫至此，大哥突然説，練武和燒菜一樣，要有德。肅然起敬，記之。房間非常乾淨，大氣，温暖，安靜，在這裏不僅🐷一晚，可以住上一週半個月養心，因為太棒的人和美景！
