The room was spacious and clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly. Getting a taxi from the station to the hotel was super convenient. Breakfast was plentiful, and the overall environment was great.

Stayed for 2 nights on the 5th and 6th day of Chinese New Year, and for just over 800 yuan, it offered excellent value for money. The hotel is quite large with good amenities. The decor is very modern and artistic; the art displayed in the gallery features both abstract and realistic styles. The front desk is on the fifth floor, and there's a free gym and billiard room upstairs. KTV rooms, however, are chargeable. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was modern and spotless. Parking is convenient in the B2 basement, with direct elevator access to the rooms. Breakfast was also good with a wide selection. The hotel is pet-friendly, with a cleaning fee of 60 yuan per night, and they even provide extra breakfast for pets, which our dog loved. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in Lishui!

The hotel's location is great, and parking is convenient. The front desk service was excellent. The room facilities are complete and well-designed, with two layers of soundproof glass on the windows, effectively blocking out outside noise, which greatly improved my sleep quality. It's a really good hotel.

The facilities were well-planned, and the price was reasonable. However, there was a significant discrepancy between the planned facilities and their actual use; they were just standard hotel amenities given fancy names. The environment and facilities were great, but the cleanliness was concerning. Some items in the room weren't cleaned properly. Both disposable bathrobes had dirty marks on them, and the wooden floors were dusty and clearly not well-maintained.

As a returning guest, I wholeheartedly recommend 35 Art Hotel! First off, the bedding is absolutely top-notch – impeccably clean with no stains or strange odors, the fabric is silky smooth to the touch, and the mattress offers excellent support. I always wake up without any aches or pains. Check-in and check-out are always efficient, and the front desk staff are lovely. Plus, it's super convenient for dining and shopping. If you're particular about your sleep, this is definitely the place to go!

The front desk service was excellent, and the room was decent and relatively clean. For the price during the Spring Festival, it was indeed very reasonable. However, I really can't help but complain about the breakfast environment. Picture 1 shows the seat we wanted, but because no one was cleaning it, we asked a staff member to have the table cleared. The staff member at the restaurant entrance who swiped our cards told us to sit in picture 2. 😰 I pointed out that the long tables were also not cleaned, and she actually said: "Aren't there three clean seats?" I was speechless. Did they expect us to eat breakfast in a pile of other people's leftovers? I understand that there might be staff shortages during the Spring Festival, but since the customer raised the issue, they should have responded immediately instead of making decisions for the customer. This is basic courtesy in the service industry. Considering the other services were good, I won't give a bad review. Also, although the hotel is pet-friendly, the bedding hygiene still needs attention. There was a large yellow stain on the comforter, similar to pet urine. Although it didn't smell, it still affected my mood.
