衝著觀星房的概念特地去體驗，但整體感受比較一般。暑期夜晚山上確實涼快，晚上可以看星星。房間有全智能馬桶，不過房間設計有個大bug——廁所居然沒有門！雖然情侶入住勉強能接受，但帶家人來真的會尷尬到腳趾摳地。
比較不理想的接駁服務：使用的電動高爾夫球車才能到，感覺沒電不夠力，有次司機甚至半路就讓我們下車步行爬上山，説車很難上去，這是什麼操作？結果我們自己爬的累死熱死咯。早餐高峯期也要等，也不是獨享的，建議再把接駁車服務優化下吧！
早餐我感覺是外包的，因為需要憑券進入，位子也少，人多的時候可能還要共享位子。吃的種類少得可憐，就餛飩還能入口，服務員態度也冷淡，完全不像高端民宿該有的樣子。
唯一安慰是入住期間比較安靜，星空確實比市區好看，算是一種體驗吧。 反正應該來這兒就一次足夠了。

地處華東葯用植物園，綠意盎然，夏天避暑好去處。房間很幽靜，進出可以喊接駁車。全程服務態度都很好，中途遇到一點小問題也都及時解決了，好評！

沒住過這麼有性價比的 説是四星級 其實我看超過我去的一些五星級酒店 在山上 我們的房間是最普通的 沒想到視野非常之好啊 一進去都驚了 兩面窗 特別美的山景 很清新 傍晚的景色更加是美的不行 感覺有種養老的感覺了酒店入住送了九宮格 我當時還想着應該沒什麼東西 沒想到這麼多！我和朋友本來還説吃個九宮格出去吃完飯 吃完發現根本吃不下晚飯了 見

還有酒店的服務真的非常之好 感覺每個人説話都咋説呢 一個腔調 很温和 淡淡的 而且我們麗水站去酒店 來回都有酒店提供接送 司機很熱情 幫我們拿行李 服務是真的好 後面去房間都有接駁車送 和管家説就行 大家都説話特別温和 有種民風淳樸的感覺？
而且還有很好的一點是 酒店有免費體驗的項目都會主動告知 幫助預約 不會説是 客人不提我也不提的感覺 很熱情 會主動問我們 然後冰箱裏的飲料都是免費的！本來我沒發現還向前台點了一個雪碧 然後前台告訴我冰箱裏有免費的 讓我不用買
酒店大堂很新 乾淨 很有設計感 還有有種淡淡的麥的味道？我説不上來 很好聞
最後我不太喜歡的就是山裡蟲子實在太多了 陽台上很出片 但是還沒拍幾分鐘 蜜蜂 飛蝶直接在我耳邊 手臂上飛 我嚇死了 出門門口就是一衹什麼黑色的大蟲 然後室內還好 就是床沿有兩衹非常迷你的小蜘蛛
總體我非常推薦 我想説比我之前一千多住的安吉樹屋好多了 真的很驚艷的旅行 感覺在養生養老了 而且非常適合拍照！

雲水境酒店坐落於華東葯用植物園一側，環境優美氣候宜人。無論是酒店餐廳工作人員，還是前台接待或保安師傅，個個服務都非常周到細緻，有求必應。酒店為了照顧我們，還想辦法把其中一天的大床換做雙床解決我們當天的困難。酒店依託植物園，養生早餐也很豐盛，補氣養胃，值得推薦再次入住。

枕頭裡有老鼠屎，另外承諾的植物園，我們5點去的時侯就不讓我們進了。早上8點打掃衞生的吹路邊草的機器就已經在清掃了，噪音非常大，打擾人休息！除了地理位置，其他的差的要死。差評！

這家酒店的位置較偏，環境非常好。
客房分佈在高中低三個區域。低區和中區的房型基本一致，中區客房的視野更好。客房有寬大的陽台，適合發呆，但這個季節還是有很多的蚊子。
客房內的設計有巨大的缺陷，洗浴與房間一體，完全沒有阻擋，估計除了蜜月夫婦或熱戀情侶，一般人很難駕馭。
酒店內所有區域均沒有電梯，也基本無無障礙設施，對身體有障礙者不夠友好。
酒店的設計決定了設施維護可能是個挑戰，儘管開業時間不長，房間內外很多設施設備存在各種問題。
酒店的服務參差不齊。前台接待人員素質始終在線，同行朋友腿腳不便，經過溝通，給調換了房間。
餐廳的服務實在不敢恭維，晚餐我們4人用餐，安排在了22人桌的包房，令人啼笑皆非，管家還要求客人理解包涵，真不知道到底是客人的管家還是酒店的管家；早餐的品種不夠豐富，供應量不足，晚去會吃不到什麼東西。
結合房價，總體來説，酒店的性價比不高。

別具一格的帳篷式木屋小別墅自帶的超大露台特別有特色，入住體驗甚好，酒店服務也特別到位，連開電瓶車的保安司機都很客氣隨和，尤其是雲大哥耐心講解酒店環境服務精神可嘉。美中不足的是餐廳選擇較少，也沒有每天開放自助早餐，但綜合還是不錯有機會向朋友推薦一下
