Upon my arrival, Gil was so helpful in accommodating my specific needs for my trip! The hotel is very well kept and it’s conveniently located near restaurants, bakeries, and importantly all the sites if you’re visiting to walk the path of St. Therese. My room was very comfortable and I really enjoyed my stay. I will definitely come back again!

Very nice hotel with original decoration. Excellent welcome. But the room was a little small and what about the bathroom with WC of barely 2 square meters where it was very difficult to move around...

Très bel établissement dans lequel nous avons séjourné 2 nuits. La déco est très sympa et très originale. Le personnel est accueillant et l'hôtel bien entretenu et idéalement placé. Malgré une chambre pas très grande la literie est très confortable. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir lors de notre prochain passage dans la région.

L'hôtel est chaleureux, les chambres joliment décorés, propre, et surtout on y mange très bien, tout est fait maison ! Tout le staff est aux petits oignons. Je leur en remercie. Il y a la belle basilique Sainte Thérèse de Lisieux à voir tout prés de l’hôtel.

We booked a three night stay in a deluxe room with balcony and half board. The room was tiny. It transpired, after a difficult conversation as the staff and owner do not speak English and I don’t speak French, that although they had received confirmation from *******.com about the booking they chose to put us in a standard room with only breakfast included! This was because the price quoted by ********** was too cheap for them! Finally got through to ********** who suggested we still dine with hotel, pay for the meal and send the receipt to ********* who will then refund us up to £25 a night. As that will only cover two starters I don’t see that is much of an apology.

A fantastic boutique hotel in the centre of Lisieux with great rooms and an excellent restaurant. We stayed there for a week.. so plenty of time to realise what a great place this was. The staff were always extremely helpful and friendly .. we would strongly recommend

Accueil chaleureux, décoration originale et colorée, chambre agréable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel de Lisieux. Les tarifs sont mesurés au vu de la prestation offerte. Pour le petit déjeuner, deux formules sont proposées, permettant de choisir en fonction de son appétit et de son budget! L’hôtel est idéalement placé en centre ville de Lisieux. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Excellent séjour passé en famille dans cet hôtel chic et chaleureux avec un vrai "plus" qui ancre son authenticité. Nichée au coeur de Lisieux, la Villa des Arts surprend par son cadre artistique authentique et une cuisine d'une rare finesse. On sent qu'un.e maître.sse est à la barre et apporte sa fougue parfaitement sublimée dans l'accueil réservé aux hôtes.
