Very very good staff, very clean too. Little bit worn in places. Location is good for my visit but no amenities around for food or drink.

The front desk lead was very helpful in providing menus for delivery service..I ordered a deep dish pizza from Rosati's! Delicious! The front desk lead was friendly and professional, she also remembered my name the next day at check out.

Great hotel with an extremely accommodating staff..... Everyone goes above and beyond to ensure your stay goes well!!!! Clean rooms and hallways the room I had was clean and fresh. I was able to cook and enjoy in a clean kitchen. To the staff..... Thank you for the care you all give to this property it truly shows.

The place is very quiet and clean. WHAT I LOVED, is the Staff. Friendly, smiling, helpful, and extremely welcoming. I checked three Extended stay in this area. The only one made me feel welcome was the Lisle branch. Brandi at the front desk was very happy to answer any questions and asked if I wanted to see the room as how it looked. The other two Extended stay nearby, staff did not even leave their chairs to great me. Very unfriendly. Love the Lisle Extended stay.

It was the cheaper hotel option, and it showed. Nothing fantastic. Not the cleaniest. There wasn't any staff in the lobby to assist with questions. Overall, it was just ok.

I really enjoy my stay at extended stay the staff was very friendly and helpful, also one of the workers ,Tammecia Moore, was extremely helpful by changing out our room immediately due to an plumbing problem. Also, it was very quiet and peaceful and yes if I’m ever in the area again I will most definitely be staying there.

I had an amazing stay here it was the friendly and helpful staff who change my room immediately when I had a small problem with the toilet.. I loved the peace and quiet and it was very relaxing and very clean 10/10 recommend and a special thanks to Tammecia Moore for going above and beyond.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. Very quiet and peaceful. Accommodate pets. Very clean rooms. Close to all highways in Chicago. Full size refrigerators and hotel provided dishware.
