The room is not soundproof and the staff's service attitude is very good. However, a man next door was still talking on the phone at two or three in the morning. The voice was so loud that I could hear every word clearly. He kept talking and kept talking. After talking to the front desk, he turned to talking in a low voice. They continued to play at 5 or 6 in the morning so loudly that they woke both of us up.

Alex in the front desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were exhausted from our trip and she was so energetic, it felt nice to feel welcomed.
The rooms were clean.
Breakfast was fine...
The only meh thing is having to pay for parking... it should be included for hotel guests.

The place was so clean and felt like home. The staff were super friendly. The lobby was very relaxing and the setup was neat. The rooms were cleaned and smelled so good. The place itself was updated and felt so new.
