We checked in, exhausted from a long drive, and after a few minutes realized there were little bug traps in the room with bugs in them. I had turned on the sheets by this time and went down to the lobby to ask for a different room. They had no other rooms. We checked out and went to a nearby hotel paying double unfortunately. After a few phone calls I was told that our stay would be refunded but it took two more calls a week later to actually see that money. I am still waiting on our $25 deposit, have called twice , but I think because we did not actually stay there it will be difficult for them to refund the deposit. We found the room dingy in the kitchen area because everything was repainted a grey although the sheets appeared clean and the bathroom was clean. The thermostat was grimy. Not impressed.
