Walking distance to stores and waterfront, the town is very quiet barely can hear nothing.

Older accommodations but we had very clean rooms. We were on thw second floor which up a few stairs, luck we are in good health. From the balcony we could see the waters of Lake Huron, we will definitely consider staying again on a return visit.

I traveled though on a road trip. The room were clean and the best part of it was the shower, but otherwise it was very run down. Ripped carpets and wallpaper. And the price tag was over $200. It was ridiculous. I traveled around the entire Georgian Bay and this motel was by far the most expensive and most run down. I would never stay there again.

Pillows were comfy, bed was very comfy. Room was clean and up-to-date. TV worked well. Nice clean property. Tims, and other restaurants within a 2 minute walk. Very good price. Windows open which I loved. Water very close by. Would recommend and stay again.

To be fair, it was decent value.
However, it is definitely spartan. The only furniture in the room were the twin beds and the nightside table. No dresser. No chair. No desk. Some plastic hooks on the back of the bathroom door to hang clothes, but that was it.
It was relatively clean, but there were paint chips missing on the walls and the carpet was worn through outside the bathroom. There bathroom sink was small, with no counter space for a shaving kit.
However, the bed was comfortable, it was reasonably clean, and the price was right. It was acceptable for a business trip, but I recommend that you do not take you spouse.

The place was very clean, smelled fresh and the beds were extra comfortable. It was just perfect. They had actually just renovated the place and it looks amazing. Fresh paint, nice decor, well located and sound proof. We have been there a few times and plan on goin again this summer. Thank you :)

The pillows are so good, my wife insisted on buying one. Mattress was very comfortable. Floor level parking is always appreciated. All of the amenities were good. Location is excellent. Price was very reasonable. Owners are always very pleasant.
